About Bess McLawhorn

I am a junior Environmental Studies major at Davidson college, with a focus in economics and political science. I am interested in pursuing research in the field of environmental social sciences. I am from Charlotte, NC and have worked with environmentally centered organizations in the area, and internationally. These organizations have expanded my understanding of environmental political issues and allowed me to see problems varying in scale.
